Mary Michael started working on the Minorities at Risk project as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Spring of 2004, focusing primarily on francophone countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. She joined the project full-time in June 2006. Mary moved into the position of project coordinator in September 2007.
