| 1) ENTER DATA AND HIGHLIGHT ALL INFORMATION:

| 2) Go to insert and create chart. Create a
pie chart as the directions state. Then click next.

| 3) Click next again.

| 4) Create a title for your graph.

| 5) Under Data Labels change the information to be represented
as a percentage. Then click next. Then click finish.

| 6) You have now used your information to create a pie chart.

| 6) Now create a bar graph using the following information (use similar steps to that of creating a pie graph; some steps may differ). In this graph choose five professions (x axis) and their salaries (y axis). |
| 7) Now create a line graph using the following information (use similar steps to that of creating a pie of bar graph; some steps may differ). In this graph use years 1996-2001 (x axis) and how many people were unemployed in the U.S. each year (y axis). |
